That realization led me into the world of recruiting, and when I found legal recruiting, everything clicked.
Because I was raised by an attorney, I had a firsthand view of the legal profession—the long hours, the high stakes, and the critical need for the right people in the right roles. Now, as the founder of PrimeTalent, I specialize in placing top-tier attorneys and legal office professionals in law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide. My background in legal technology sales and business consulting gives me a unique understanding of the legal industry's evolving needs, allowing me to provide strategic hiring solutions that go beyond just filling a position.

Jamie is a relationship-driven recruiting leader with deep expertise in executive search, legal recruiting, and talent strategy. As Managing Partner of Recruiting at PrimeTalent, she specializes in placing high-caliber legal professionals—including attorneys, paralegals, and legal operations leaders—with law firms and corporate legal departments nationwide.
With a strong understanding of the legal industry’s unique demands, Jamie partners closely with clients to identify talent that not only meets technical requirements, but also aligns with long-term business goals and firm culture. Her approach is highly personalized, strategic, and rooted in the belief that successful recruiting is built on trust, timing, and meaningful relationships.
Prior to joining PrimeTalent, Jamie founded Kairos Recruiting, a firm focused on executive search and direct hire recruiting. Named after the Greek word kairos, meaning “the right or critical moment,” the company reflected her philosophy that impactful hiring decisions happen when preparation, opportunity, and purpose align.
Throughout her career, Jamie has held leadership roles across recruiting and staffing organizations, overseeing full-cycle recruiting, branch operations, team development, and client services. Her experience balancing operational leadership with high-touch recruiting has made her a trusted advisor to both companies and candidates navigating important growth moments.
